 We check every step of the translation process from the quote to the delivery and the payment to the translator.
In case of complaints, we intermediate between you and the freelance translator and will give you a report about our opinion. At this time, the payment to the translator will not be released until you are satisfied. A report will be sent to you with our advise.
The payment of the translator will be released by us after 8 days you have received the translation.
You will get free access to your online account where you can place comments that will be sent directly to your translator.
